Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
Return Process: Please email official@WHTOLINE.com to request a return label. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will guide you through the next steps upon receipt of your email.
Refund Details: Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process a refund for the product cost. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
